Helpful and attentive staff.

Upon arrival, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. The microwave had food residue that wasn't cleaned, and the bathroom sink was filthy with hair. Additionally, I was frustrated that I had to repeatedly ask for basic items like ice and room service, which should be readily available in a well-managed hotel.

Had a great time with friends during our stay here! We visited McDaniel Farm Park and Malibu Grand Prix nearby, which were super fun. The spacious rooms and cozy atmosphere really made our trip special. Just a heads up, the breakfast can get a bit crowded, so try to go early if you can.

One downside was that the light in the bathroom was linked to a loud exhaust fan, which was quite jarring.

The suite had a kitchenette that seriously helped us out with meals for the kids. Breakfast was always good each morning, which made mornings less chaotic.

I enjoyed my stay, especially with McDaniel Farm Park almost 2 km away, providing a lovely place for walking and nature views. The nearby restaurants were convenient for meals after exploring the area.

I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The staff members were attentive, making sure the food was prepared well. One lady stood out for her friendly service while cooking. Having a kitchenette was important for my family during the stay. It was very practical for keeping things organized, perfect for someone who is used to bringing their own snacks from home.

The first floor and exterior need attention. There were cleaning issues in the room that shouldn't have happened, leaving me to worry about hygiene.

I had a good stay in the Two-Bedroom Queen Suite. The kitchenette provided great convenience for my family, and breakfast each morning was quite satisfying. Although the rooms needed maintenance, the friendly atmosphere and nearby amenities more than made up for it.
